High-Level Program Overview
Asana & Eros is a yoga- and embodiment-centered retreat rooted in self-pleasure, sensual practice, and elemental ritual, celebrating the elements alive within us and around us, guiding us back into intimacy with nature, body, and spirit. Through ritual, movement, and communion with the lush land of the Diamante Valley in Costa Rica, we awaken to our inherent cycles of vitality and sensual presence. This retreat is an invitation to remember that our bodies are not obstacles, but sacred landscapes – radiant with eros, creativity, and aliveness.
This retreat is a collaboration between Body Electric and Qasa, weaving together two traditions of erotic embodiment and somatic awakening into one transformational journey. For those who know Body Electric, of it as “Body Electric light” – medium spicy, adventurous, and accessible.

WhAT TO EXPECT
The Experience (First-Person Narrative):
“I lie back on my mat after morning practice, the sound of the river rushing nearby blending with the rhythm of my breath. My skin still glows from fire breathwork, and I feel the pulse of energy moving through me like a current. Later, we gather in circle, each of us holding a bowl of cool water, reflecting on how this element flows within our bodies, how it teaches us to soften, to surrender, to receive. By midweek, I find myself exploring new territory in touch – offered the choice to receive a sensual massage, honoring my body’s boundaries while discovering new waves of sensation. In the evening, I find myself under the stars, my body swaying in movement with others – not a performance, but a remembering. I feel raw, alive, and deeply connected – to the earth, to my breath, and to the eros that has always lived within me.”
