Alive + Awake: A Tantric Journey
January 25 - 31, 2027
A wellness retreat in Costa Rica for gay men ready to awaken their bodies, open their hearts,
and experience deeper connection through tantra, conscious touch, and embodied practice.
High-Level Program Overview
What does it feel like to be fully alive in your body, open in your heart, and deeply connected to yourself and others? Over seven days (six nights), this gay men’s wellness retreat in Costa Rica invites you into an immersive journey of tantra, embodied ritual, conscious touch, and authentic connection.
Guided by experienced facilitators, you’ll explore breathwork, energy practices, tantric philosophy, and consent-based touch while supported by daily yoga, nature immersion, nourishing meals, and a caring community. Together, these practices create space to awaken your vitality, expand your capacity for intimacy, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with your body, your energy, and your heart.
Throughout the week, you’ll move through an intentional arc of grounding, awakening, expansion, and integration—meeting both your shadow and your radiance with curiosity, consent, and compassion. Leave feeling more alive, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

WhAT TO EXPECT
-
The Experience
The Costa Rican jungle hums around me as the sun begins to set on our first evening. Candlelight flickers beneath the bamboo pavilion as I sit beside men I met only hours ago. Hands gently meet hands. Breath begins to synchronize. Something softens. For the first time in a long time, I notice I’m no longer performing I’m simply here. As the week unfolds, my relationship with my body begins to change. Some moments are joyful and expansive; others invite me toward tenderness, vulnerability, and old stories I’ve carried for years. Through breath, movement, conscious touch, and community, I discover that my shadow isn’t something to escapeit’s something to understand.
By the final evening, laughter comes more easily. My body feels lighter. These are no longer strangers but brothers I’ve shared an extraordinary journey with. I leave the jungle feeling more awake, more connected, and more fully alive.
